How orders and support work

  • Ordering — Choose a material and colour, pick a profile plan and any extras such as your logo, then pay once at checkout. There is no monthly fee to keep the card working.
  • Delivery — Cards are dispatched from the UK by Royal Mail with tracking to the UK, Ireland, the EU, the US, Canada, Australia, the UAE and India. Delivery is free above the threshold shown for your region (£50 in the UK).
  • Your profile — Each card links to an online profile. You can change your details and links at any time and every card you have handed out shows the update.
  • Support and returns — Email or call us, or use the contact form, and we'll get back to you. Physical cards carry a 12-month manufacturing warranty, as set out in our Terms, and returns follow our Refund & Returns policy.
